Your Data, Your Account, Your Control

Data Retention

We keep your account data, transaction history and identification records for the life of your account plus five years after closure, as required by payment regulators. You can request a data export anytime through Settings.

Cookie & Tracking

We use cookies to remember your login, track your game history for fair play, and prevent fraud. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser; disabling them may limit lobby access.

Account Closure

You can close your account anytime via Settings > Account > Close Account. Pending withdrawals process first; remaining balance is refunded via your original payment method.

Third-Party Sharing

We share account data only with payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS operators), game studios and fraud-prevention vendors. We never sell your data to marketers or brokers.

No. Each person is limited to one active account. Multiple accounts breach our terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. If you suspect duplicate accounts on your name, contact support immediately with your username and registration date.

Violations range from account warnings to temporary suspension or permanent closure. Minor breaches like a weak password reset trigger a warning and reset. Serious violations like collusion with other accounts or bonus abuse result in immediate closure and fund forfeiture where local law permits.

We can update terms, but you'll receive notice via email and a banner in your account at least two weeks before changes take effect. If you disagree, you have the right to close your account before the new terms apply. Continued play after the notice period means you've accepted the updates.

Your data remains yours. We retain it per payment law for five years after closure for audit and dispute purposes, but you can request deletion of marketing records anytime. Download your transaction history via Settings > Account > Export Data before closure if you need a copy.

We process withdrawals within 24 hours of approval. Speed depends on your payment method: DANA, OVO and GoPay typically clear in under two minutes; QRIS and bank transfers within one to three hours. We do not guarantee same-day payouts if you request a withdrawal after 11 PM local time.

We can temporarily freeze accounts during fraud investigations or payment disputes. We'll notify you via email with a reason and the expected timeline. If your account remains frozen beyond 14 days without resolution, contact support to escalate the case to our compliance team for review.

Your balance is protected by our payment partner agreements. If nesiabet ceases operations, all player funds held in payment processor accounts (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS wallets) are transferred to a registered third-party custodian and returned to your account within 30 days.
